What happens if my regenerations run out?+
Classic and Premium include AI assistance — text-only support that helps refine your prompt without generating new images. If you're still not happy, our team will personally step in.
Are the files really print-ready?+
Yes. Final outputs are 4K (long edge ≥3840 px), color-graded for skin tones, and sized for canvas, photo paper, or framed prints up to 24×36 inches.
What exactly am I buying?+
You are buying custom-generated digital image files. We do not ship physical prints. Paid packages include watermark-free 4K downloads and the regeneration/support rights listed in the plan.
Can I get a refund?+
Because we deliver custom-generated digital files, all sales are final. We commit to keep regenerating with you and stepping in personally to make sure you love the result.
Is there a subscription?+
Never. memshot is one-time payment per package, per moment.
Can I use my portrait commercially?+
