By using memshot you agree to the following.

Eligibility & content rights

You must own — or have explicit permission to use — every photo you upload. You agree not to upload illegal content, content involving minors in inappropriate ways, or content that infringes on the rights of others.

AI-generated outputs

AI generation is non-deterministic. Results may vary based on input quality, style, and model behavior. Higher-quality reference photos produce better results. We make no guarantee that any specific creative outcome can be reproduced.

What we sell

memshot sells custom-generated digital image files. Paid packages include the number of 4K downloads, style choices, regenerations, and support level shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Virtual products & no refunds

All packages are virtual products and non-refundable. Instead, we provide regenerations and team support to make your result right. See Refund Policy for details.

License

You receive a personal-use license to your final HD files. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution requires a separate license — contact us for details.

Privacy and model training

We use uploaded photos to generate your order, provide support, and run safety checks. We do not use customer uploads or final portraits to train AI models, and we do not publish your images unless you explicitly give marketing consent.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem or another approved checkout provider. You agree that checkout providers may process payment metadata, taxes, fraud checks, and transaction records according to their own terms and privacy policies. memshot does not store full card numbers.

Service availability

We do our best to maintain uptime, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and rare outages may occur.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
